We will be communicating more regularly with you in order to advise and take instruction in response to the rapidly evolving situation. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adjusted all our protocols in line with the social and health guidelines outlined by government. Operationally, The Agency was built upon a remote-based model. Our workforce has been ‘remote ready’ since our inception three years ago.
The company has taken extra precautionary measures to minimise the impact of this virus to you and your family, our staff, and the broader community.
In this regard, we would like to advise new precautions we are introducing to ensure open for inspections can occur in line with current Australian Government Department of Health guidelines. These precautions include:
• our ongoing declaration of good health to you should we need to meet face to face.
• only conducting open for inspections after consultation with you to ensure you are happy with the processes and precautions we implement.
• introducing additional cleanliness measures for those attending open for inspections, such as restricting the touching of any surfaces and items and introducing the use of sanitisers and wipes.
• having signage clearly informing people of the precautions.
Despite new protocols, our business will be running as per usual. Our business model was created to support our team working in the field via cloud-based systems and by enlisting virtual technology.
Our agents and property management team remain available to you, providing online and video consultations, live streaming property tours and sharing updates on our social media channels. We continue to monitor and adhere to the guidelines of Federal and State Governments, as well as leading real estate associations.
