The Agency Group Australia (ASX:AU1) is pleased to announce that the WA office has been awarded the top office for sales and sales value for the financial year in the state at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) Awards.
The WA office delivered a record amount of sales for the ’19-20 financial year with 1,324 residential properties going under offer for a total value of $653,673,864.
The comprehensive win by The Agency’s WA office occurred in a growing market that saw the number of residential sales across the state swell from approximately 34,900 in the previous financial year to more than 37,800.
The office’s figures were buoyed by a significant sale in Halls Head which was highest single sale for the team, totalling $4.35 million.
