Western Australia’s #1 real-estate agent for 2021, Adam Naumovski has continued to maintain incredible momentum with a record month of sales for the month of May, which saw the top realtor close 27 properties with a combined value of over $12 million.
The personal-best month of sales was topped off with a major transaction at 154 Rannoch Circle, Hamersley, with the massive 956m2 block attracting huge interest for its duplex potential.
The Hammersley home went under the hammer for $962,000 with 14 other registered bidders missing out. Other notable transactions for the month included 29 Broadway, Bassendean which sold for $730,000 and 24B Morley Drive in Tuart Hill which sold for $620,000.
The massive month of sales combines for a total of 176 properties sold by Adam this financial year so far. The combined value of these properties sold totals an imposing $79 million.
Mr Naumovski is a highly regarded real-estate agent in Western Australia, having been awarded the status of “Grand Master” for excellence in sales by the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) for the consecutive years of 2019, 2020 and 2021.
Not only has Adam achieved a place in REIWA’s Top 30 salespeople in WA for every month over the last 2 years, but he has also retained REIWA’s Master Salesperson award between 2015-2019.
