If you missed the original airing on Sunday, no need to worry! In the video and synopsis below, you’ll learn what makes The Agency Gallery so special, and what treats it holds for the future.

Homes in WA will be taking a short break during the Commonwealth Games, but new episodes will begin airing on Sunday 14 August at 2pm on Channel 7, just after Better Homes & Gardens, and before the footy!

Welcome to The Agency Gallery, Claremont

As a disruptive and highly scalable real estate business, The Agency has attracted some of the industry's top talent, and has quickly established market leadership in many areas across WA.

With further growth into key markets across the state, The Agency continues to develop a business model that is both highly responsive to today's property landscape, as well as being increasingly agile amidst a heavily tech-based environment.

In addition to its growth into the western suburbs, The Agency has created a cutting-edge developer space - with a dedicated project display suite alongside its one-of-a-kind art gallery.

In this episode, host Jon Williams caught up with The Agency’s Paul Niardone to learn more about this space, called The Agency Gallery, Claremont.

Welcome to The Agency Gallery, Clermont

Jon: So Paul, we're in the brand new Claremont Gallery, tell us about the space.

Paul: Well Jon, welcome to the best real-estate office in the country, or the only real estate gallery in the country! As you know, it is a beautiful space. But for us, it all starts with the people. And we've been waiting patiently to get the right people to come into the Western Suburbs, and also into the project marketing space. And luckily, we achieved that with Mark Anderson and Marcus Sproule forming the basis of our western suburbs team, with more to join. And Daniel-Paul Filippi starting off the project marketing team. All these three industry players have got remarkable track records, and are very well-respected in the industry.

Jon: So tell us about the move into the Western Suburbs.

Paul: Okay, John, as you know, at The Agency, we don't do anything the old way or the traditional way; we're very innovative. So we looked at how we could do this differently in the Western Suburbs and offer something different to the consumers here. So having gotten the right team together, and a beautiful space, the concept was to put premium properties and premium projects in amongst artwork so that people could come and look at both, at their own time and their own leisure. The next phase of the gallery is our virtual-reality center. So we'll be introducing that; we'll have our own platform that will allow people to immerse themselves in developments that haven't been built yet.

Clermont Gallery is certainly a fantastic space, and it's so exciting to see The Agency increase its footprint both nationally and locally here in WA. It’s clearly a team dedicated to redefining the real estate experience. For more information about the business or to speak to one of the Property Partners near you go to theagency.com.au
