Australia’s premier real estate services provider The Agency Group has continued to demonstrate its dominance over the WA property market, operating the state’s top office in Financial Year 2023 for listings sold and also value transacted, according to the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA).
The top accolades, received at the annual REIWA Awards night, mark the fifth consecutive year The Agency has been recognised as WA’s top office and firmly cements the firm as the state’s leading organisation for buying and selling property.
In 2022/2023, The Agency’s Perth office generated a massive 3,132 sales from listings, eclipsing the next largest office by more than threefold.
The stunning sales result translates into more than $2 billion in property value exchanging hands.
In addition to the major office awards, The Agency was exceptionally well represented in REIWA’s individual awards with 82 of the Company’s agents being recognised.
Among The Agency’s top ranks, Adam Naumovski finished the year inside the top three for the Top Assisted Salesperson by Listings Sold Award, completing 166 sales for a total value of ~$82 million.
Meanwhile, Team Rash – headlined by founding member Rash Dhanjal – was the fourth highest team in Western Australia for listings sold, completing 209 sales.
The Agency is also extremely pleased to advise four of its agents have been awarded the coveted status of Grand Master of sales: Adam Naumovski, Patrick Harper, Jarrod O’Neil and Jason Jowett.
The award is particularly notable for Adam Naumovski, marking his fifth consecutive year as a Grand Master, and Patrick Harper who has now been conferred as a Grand Master for three years in a row.

This has been a real team performance but it would be remiss of me not to mention the stunning success of our five Grand Masters and eight Masters who have really shot the lights out during the financial year.
