“It’s really divine, I can’t believe we’re leaving,” said Ms Tuck. “We love it — it’s a very easy house, very glamorous, yet peaceful and exceptionally private, which is rare for the Mosman area."
Listing the property early in the year was a deliberate strategy, Claudia Portale said.
“In the past, when I have launched properties in January they have done very well due to lower stock levels,” says Ms Portale.
