The Agency has opened offices across South East Queensland as it embarks on ambitious growth targets for the region.
The Agency Managing Director and CEO Geoff Lucas said a centralised hub has been opened in Surfers Paradise as well as the Kirra at the Southern end of the Gold Coast.
“Queensland’s Gold Coast has seen strong recent growth and this is expected to continue in line with the broader South Coast Queensland region.
“As a national real estate brand The Agency is seeing a trend in buyer migration from Victoria and NSW and we are well positioned with its team of local experts to help support those on their property journey.”
The Agency Property Partner Toby Sandell who relocated from Toowoomba to head up The Agency operations in Kirra said he loved the area because of the access to world class beaches, it’s close location five minutes from the airport as well as the amazing cafes and restaurants.
“It also offers a great connection to the Northern Rivers and with our new office in Surfers Parade, led by property partner Craig Caughlan, we offer a great opportunity for our team to utilise both locations,” Mr Sandell said.
Mr Lucas added The Agency also has plans to relocate to a new office hub in Brisbane later in the year to expand upon our already strong presence in the capital city.
“There are many signs that Brisbane will join Perth as one of the strongest housing markets in 2024, and this is evidenced by Brisbane overtaking Melbourne as the third most expensive housing market in the country.
“Hosting the 2032 Olympics means that Queensland is on the global map and it has a unique lifestyle and economic benefits that are attractive to locals as well as overseas migrants.”
The new offices follow in the footsteps of The Agency Sunshine Coast HQ office opening in December 2023, which complement The Agency’s existing offices in Toowoomba, Rockhampton and Brisbane.
