National real estate company The Agency Group Australia has appointed Christian Chaplin, a specialist in building high performance teams, as General Manager of Sales – Queensland.
The Agency CEO of Real Estate Matt Lahood said Christian Chaplin has the growth mindset and track record to deliver on The Agency’s ambitious growth targets for the Sunshine State.
“Christian is an impressive leader with in excess of 30 years of management and sales experience,” Mr Lahood said. “In his most recent role at RealtyAssist he grew the business significantly in Western Australia and right across Queensland.
“We expect he will be able to meet and perhaps even exceed growth trajectory targets in the Queensland market, all while providing the support necessary to our growing teams, due to his very strong leadership skills and approach.”
The Agency General Manager of Sales – Queensland, Christian Chaplin, said The Agency’s model was part of the appeal.

The Agency has recently expanded its footprint in Queensland with the opening of offices on the Gold Coast in Kirra and Surfers Paradise as well as the Sunshine Coast. The Agency also has a head office in Brisbane and hubs in Toowoomba and Rockhampton.
