Formerly owned by  Hollywood’s Baz Luhrmann and Catherine Martin, the landmark Darlinghurst home 'Iona' has been listed for sale by The Agency's Ben Collier

Built in the late 1880s for pastoralist Edward Chisholm, the stately manor at 2 Darley Street was once home to former Sydney lord mayor Sir Allen Taylor. The seven-bedroom house features established gardens, several formal and informal living rooms, as well as a library, office, self-contained apartment, cellar, new kitchen, front and back stairwells, and 25-metre pool.
