Buyers pay $6m more for home with rare Chinese boatshed: Mosman Daily

‘Curraghbeena House’ on the tip of Curraghbeena Point in Mosman on Sydney's north shore has sold for $10.5 million by The Agency's Dino Gatti and Shane Slater, as reported by Mosman Daily and Realestate.com.au. 

The five-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 3 Musgrave Street featured a rare heritage-listed Chinese-style boatshed.

The home was purchased by a north shore family who missed out on acquiring the property when it was sold in 2013.
