National real estate brand The Agency has expanded its operations in Sydney’s Inner West with sister brands Callagher and Kellys joining The Agency.
“Our presence is going from strength to strength right across Sydney’s Inner West,” The Agency CEO of Real Estate Matt Lahood said. “This deal builds further on our acquisition in 2023 of Devine Real Estate and sees us cement a stronghold in key areas including Annandale to Leichhardt, and from Newtown to Chippendale.
“This expansion will be highly beneficial in helping grow our already extensive local market presence through both our sales and property management services. It means consumers will see even more of our sign boards which is a win for our entire team”.
The Callagher and Kellys portfolio, which have in excess of 1,500 managements, now results in over 12,000 property managements managed by The Agency. The Callagher and Kellys portfolios were purchased by the MDC Trilogy Group partnership as an expansion to their existing Inner West Sydney portfolio and now sees them own nearly 6,000 managements across Australia.
Under the agreement, all of Callagher and Kellys sales and property management team will be rebranded to The Agency.
Callagher and Kellys Principals, Cary Giezekamp and David Giezekamp, said the deal represented an exciting new future for its team members.
