The Agency expands to Sydney’s burgeoning south-west property market

Liverpool city, in the heart of Sydney’s south-west, has experienced a population boom in recent years with 223,304 people currently residing in the area and predictions this will increase to 331,000 by 2036. Dubbed Sydney’s ‘third city’, Liverpool is thriving and is one of the fastest-growing multi-cultural hubs in Australia. Its prosperity is in part linked to the coming Western Sydney Airport and the Western Sydney Aerotropolis.


The south-west property market has benefited significantly from the NSW government’s investment in the area, with the $5.3 billion airport due for operational completion by 2026. The Agency identified Sydney’s south-west area as a key market for expansion, but has been waiting for the right real estate partnership to launch into the region.

We are thrilled to announce that partnership has come to fruition with local property specialists Eva Frketic and Ben Marovic joining The Agency team and heading up our south-west operation.
