After selling Intercontinental Hotel Double Bay in May 2021, a humble message addressed to the team by FRIDCORP Founder Paul Fridman.

"FRIDCORP, along with @Piety Group, is excited and privileged to have acquired the iconic Intercontinental Hotel Double Bay and associated businesses from Shanghai United earlier this year. The hotel sits on one of the largest single parcels of developable land in Double Bay and comprises almost 20,000sqm of built area. The process of acquiring such a significant asset was intricate and had several moving parts, with our extended team working diligently over a prolonged 9 month negotiation period to deliver a great outcome. Some projects are worth the wait and to be a joint owner of this incredible property is the result of a lifetime of work.
