Since completing her Bachelor of Arts at Curtin University, Bonnie Boogaard has always sought ways to express her creativity in every role she has taken on. A fortuitous introduction led her into the world of real estate, where she quickly immersed herself, becoming a successful Property Manager by soaking up knowledge from her mentors. After several years in the field, Bonnie reassessed her career and found her true passion lay in marketing.
Bonnie is now the Marketing Manager for WA at The Agency Group, where she leads strategic marketing efforts aimed at driving business growth through recruitment and lead generation. As the company's AI champion, she plays a pivotal role in researching and implementing advanced technology and systems. With a strong focus on marketing technology and strategy, Bonnie optimises processes for agents and provides in-depth training to her team.
Her work spans communications, marketing strategy, campaign execution, and EDM marketing. Bonnie oversees marketing for over 200 agents across three brands, manages corporate marketing initiatives, organises events, and leads training in social media, office systems, and technology. With her expertise in Adobe Suite, she creates visually engaging content for both print and digital campaigns.
In her spare time, Bonnie continues to pursue her passion for contemporary art, specialising in textiles. She runs workshops in felting and embroidery and is one of the founders of The Hive Art Space, a pop-up art exhibition held in unique venues across Perth.
Now based in Melbourne with her partner and their bulldog, Edna, Bonnie combines her real estate and digital marketing expertise to make a tangible impact on agents' success while enjoying the vibrant social scenes of Mt Lawley, Northbridge, and Leederville when she’s in Perth, exploring new restaurants and sipping gin in cosy bars.
