Craig has a good understanding of the real estate industry and a good appreciation of the current market in Rockingham and what was a realist price. Craig was easy to work with and was very professional and ethical in his approach. He was prepared to negotiate on the selling fee % and the advertising fee which ended up being under $700 was very good. He was very proactive in keeping me informed on progress so I was confident things were tracking well. I would highly recommend Craig.
