I have bought and sold three houses previously, but this is my first review for an estate agent. I have no hesitation in giving Gary Woodward 5 stars for the way he pursued me as a buyer and assisted me to purchase our new house. He was honest and helpful at every step of the process. Gary was a pleasure to deal with. He has an excellent understanding of the area and current market. From the start he was transparent, professional, honest and communicated with us very well the entire campaign.

Gary is a friendly down to earth real estate agent. Didn’t try to push or make us feel pressured but delivered the facts and let us make up our mind on the property. He had a ton of real estate experience and would recommend to anyone who was wanting to buy or sell a property.
