George Khoury

Authentic, dedicated, and commercially driven, George Khoury serves as the General Manager of Sales and Growth at The Agency. In this role, George is responsible for managing the company’s commercial growth, with a primary focus on integrating new acquisitions. His key responsibilities include coaching, retaining, and recruiting Property Partners.

George is known for building strong, long-term relationships that foster collaboration and shared success. His competitive advantage lies in his ability to build trust and manage conflict effectively, allowing him to find mutually beneficial solutions while nurturing strong partnerships.

Recognising that property transactions are often among the largest financial decisions people make, George takes pride in offering transparent, considered, and ethical advice that leads to positive outcomes for both his clients and team.

George was drawn to The Agency for the opportunity to work alongside its Founder and CEO, Matt Lahood, as well as the broader executive team, while leveraging his extensive corporate experience within the real estate industry.
