Jason Crerar is responsible for the prosperity and growth of The Agency’s Tasmanian team in his role as State Manger of Tasmania.
His focus on strategic growth, team development, community engagement, and technological innovation positions The Agency for sustained success in Tasmania working closely with The Agency GM of Sales – Tasmania, Sally O’Connell.
With a strong understanding of the local area and the real estate profession Jason, spent 12 years at realestate.com.au working alongside some of the best agents, property managers, business owners, trainers, and business coaches and other professionals in the industry prior to joining The Agency.
Jason is driven to provide exceptional customer experiences and was drawn to The Agency by its leadership, energy and hunger for success.
In his free time, Jason enjoys mountain biking, fishing, wakeboarding, or relaxing at his holiday home in Bridport with his wife and daughter. He believes that balance is essential in both work and life and strives to bring that mindset into everything he does.
