As Property Partner at The Agency Central Coast, NSW, Kathleen Albury takes a hands on approach to real estate and guiding her clients through what is the most important transaction they will make in their life.

A love of negotiating and understanding the entire real estate process from start to finish has seen Kathleen enjoy a successful real estate career which has spanned over 25 years in not only Australia but the Bahamas and Florida, where she started her career. She tailors selling and marketing strategies to every individual property, recognising that no two properties or clients are the same.

Kathleen specialises in the suburbs of Terrigal, where she currently resides, as well as Avoca, Wamberal and other beachside suburbs across the NSW Central Coast from Forresters to Macmasters Beach.

With strong ties to the local community including supporting Rotary, The Salvation Army Red Shield Appeal and Hope4paws, Kathleen believes that by going the extra mile she can help change her clients lives for the better.
