We have nothing but praise for the professionalism, pro-activeness and dedication to the sale of our property in Coorparoo as displayed by Cathy and Madi Roche. In short we spoke with Cathy and Madi on a Tuesday evening where the sale strategy was discussed, the professional photographers arrived on Wednesday morning, the property was priority listed on Real Estate.com on Thursday afternoon with two open inspections scheduled for the Saturday. Cathy and Madi received calls that evening from prospective purchasers to view the property prior to the inspections which we allowed. The picture sign board went up on Saturday morning prior to the inspections with 16 parties attending the first inspection and 14 parties attending the second inspection. Three contracts were formalised that afternoon and presented to us that evening – one of which we accepted. In this market we were truly amazed by the response to the correct marketing campaign as designed and implemented by Cathy and Madi Roche. The result speaks volumes. Our house had been on the market for more than 9 months when Cathy and Madi approached us. First we had tried to sell it ourselves, and then listed with another agent for several months, with limited success. We were concerned, in a weakening housing market, the new Stamp Duty increase, would make it even more difficult to sell.
