Kind, bubbly and warm hearted, Natalie Flemmer, strives to make everyone’s experience as smooth and easy as possible in her role as concierge at The Agency Surry Hills, NSW.

Responsible for greeting clients and inbound calls Natalie enjoys being the first point of contact for The Agency in its important central Sydney office hub.  

Natalie’s strong communication skills and attention to detail ensures that team members are aware of the day to day operations of the office. She also works with key stake holders across the business both internally and externally and Natalie’s ability to manage processes and procedures is critical to her success.

Her can do attitude means that Natalie also supports the agency portfolio management team in administration tasks and ensures that owners and tenants have their needs taken care of.

Natalie was attracted to The Agency and its model which has enabled the brand to achieve rapid growth since its inception.
