Nicole Sherwin

An Agent Support Partner with an extensive background in customer service roles, and a perfect fit for The Agency brand, Nicole started her real estate career over 5 years ago as a receptionist and has since worked in several areas of the business – from Office Administration and Property Management to Sales and HR. Nicole says she began working in the retail sector from a young age, majored in Exercise Science at Uni and is happiest when helping people achieve their property goals.

Nicole’s greatest motivation is being able to go to work every day hoping to make someone’s life better. She has always enjoyed being actively involved in her local community, including organising toy drives for children in Gosford Hospital, winter appeals encouraging donations for the homeless, and even set up a free community gym in a commercial space staffing it with fitness professionals.  

These are all a result of Nicole’s “never give up” attitude. She is extremely resourceful, highly skilled at conflict resolution and thrives on the daily challenges of the industry. 

The Agency engages people with a natural empathy and down-to-earth work ethic, and Nicole certainly has those attributes. She is hard working, very dedicated to her role and proud to be working with a company with a great reputation and proven results.
