Roz Hollwarth is an absolute professional. Her knowledge of the area, process and diligence was second to none. Follow up didn't end once contacts were signed and the fact of the matter is she went above and beyond what any client could ask for and making it clear as to why she will be the agent of choice whether buying or selling. Worst! No communication throughout. Settlement day was also a bad experience with no communication. Took away enjoyment of moving into new home. Unable to receive keys. No help whatsoever. To call us stalkers because we drove past our new house it’s so unprofessional Roz's response Thanks for the review, I’m truly sorry to hear of your experience. Sadly, Covid isolation restricted me in giving you the best experience with key handover, I would have loved to hand you the gift in person. I can't sing Roz's praises highly enough. As a first time buyer I was pretty nervous, and had a serious lack of knowledge....She was totally transparent from the word go, was organised, punctual, professional and put up with me phoning/ texting her at unusual times( I'm a FIFO worker).
