Having worked as a Master of Ceremonies, host, auctioneer, facilitator, keynote speaker, breakfast radio, and podcasting, Tim has honed his skills in communication, negotiation, and salesmanship. He discovered his passion for auctioneering, which led him to become a registered auctioneer for The Agency.

With a track record of holding successful auctions, Tim decided to take his real estate career to the next level by becoming a registered salesperson. He understands the importance of the negotiation process and the impact of selling a home for the vendor, both in the short and long term.

Tim is a team player and loves The Agency's model, which emphasizes a team-first approach. As an auctioneer, he has facilitated many memorable sales that have exceeded the reserve, resulting in great outcomes for the sellers.

Outside of real estate, Tim enjoys sports, golf, horse racing, and spending time with his family. He recently became a grandparent and considers it the best job he ever had.
