Trudy McOnie

With an invaluable set of skills, Trudy McOnie is responsible for the overall operational function of The Agency Group of companies regarding the building, facilities, infrastructure, software and people. In addition, Trudy implements the strategic direction and directives of the Board while working with the senior management team to develop cross collateralised referral opportunities. Trudy's experience from being part of the company for over ten years leads her to a unique understanding of the company. 

Trudy is also overall responsible for the functionality of the support team, including the development of the people, system and software improvements, performance management and our offshore outsourcing facility. She also manages the marketing team to develop strategic marketing campaigns across recruitment, brand awareness and social media channels.
