Location and the potential to renovate were the key factors that drew the successful buyers to 40 Kingsclear Road, Alexandria, presented by The Agency's Brad Gillespie and Jack Wimpey, according to a story featured in the Sunday Telegraph. The buyers, a young professional couple, secured the home for $1.62 million.
Brad Gillespie said there hasn’t been a lot of stock of houses in the inner-city areas around the $1.5m mark.
“This year has been starved of these kind of properties,” Mr Gillespie said.
