Located in the Newtown Silos, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at 37/1 Gladstone Street in Sydney’s Newtown is a unique property which has kept the original industrial-style details of the old flour mill.
Completed in 2005, architects at Tonkin Zulaikha Greer reimagined the cylindrical grain silos of the 1936 Crago Flour Mill into a contemporary residential complex.
Having won two National Trust Awards, the building is considered a city landmark.
