Top international coach Rik Rushton partners exclusively with The Agency Group as in-house trainer

Since launching in March 2017, The Agency Group has undertaken a fast-paced growth strategy. The Agency now has 260 agents, 11 offices and circa 4,000 properties under management nationally. In 2018, the company is consolidating its growth and further investing in infrastructure to support continued national expansion and provide agents with the very best working environment.

The company is focused on incorporating best business practices and partnering with the right in-house trainer was a crucial step. Rik Rushton is renowned as a coach and trainer nationally and internationally, not just within the real estate industry but within elite sport and the finance sector.

Rik Rushton spent over a quarter of a century working as an agent and running his own business, consistently earning million dollar annual fees. His training, coaching and speaking work has taken him around the world, including presenting twice at the world’s largest real estate conference NAR where 20,000 agents gather annually in the US. Rik was also heavily involved in improving the MAPS coaching method for Keller Williams, one of the world’s largest real estate businesses, that has more than 139,000 associates in 790 markets globally.

The methods and techniques behind Rik Rushton’s approach are considered universally effective in the commercial sphere. He has worked for high-profile organisations, including: NAB, Commonwealth Bank and Aussie within the banking sector; Cricket Australia, Cricket Victoria, Collingwood and the Western Bulldogs (AFL), in elite sport; as well as the major real estate brands across Australasia.
