Journalist Benn Dorrington spoke to three NSW real estate agents to get a full picture and predictions for the 2025 NSW property market.
The Agency Central Coast Property Partner Clint Harris shared his views on how the upcoming federal election may influence buying and selling activity, as well as the effect interest rates will have on the market.
"I do believe that when we see the RBA have some form of direction, some green light to say we are heading this way, there will be a kick on of confidence but also some more liquidity to spend in our marketplace on the Central Coast," Mr Harris said.
"I think we will see some rate cuts next year, it won't be big but it will be a marketplace that you can have confidence in."
