Dorset Sutton, a former Colgate Palmolive executive of 34 years, and his wife Jenny are selling their absolute waterfront home on Little Manly Cove through The Agency's Jake Rowe.
The three-bedroom architect-designed home at 9 Bruce Avenue features 180-degree harbour views and is listed with a price guide of $12 million. Featuring two separate living spaces and four courtyards dotted around the house, which have been used by the couple to relax and unwind.
"Any time of year you can find a cosy courtyard to sit and have a coffee and our main courtyard has heating and music and is usable all year round," Mr Sutton told the North Shore Times.
The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac a five-minute stroll to Little Manly Beach and 12 minutes’ walk to Manly wharf.
