Keeping all our talented team is a win for all

The Agency Group would like to advise that it has proactively introduced a range of business continuity measures that have been supported by the vast majority of its staff.

These measures will have no impact on The Agency’s ability to deliver industry-leading real estate services to its clients, property agents, home buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants.

We do not want to follow the example of other large companies and stand down the workforce to ride this crisis out.  We want to avoid staff reduction as much as possible and avoid causing anyone the additional stress on of having to find a job in what is already a trying time. What we want to do is work together to ensure that we support each other and keep the team in employment.

It’s not just about ensuring the business and all its staff can successfully navigate this period of uncertainty, but that we use this time to reinforce our systems and practices and ensure we are well positioned to take advantage of what in time will become a market up turn.

Pleasingly, the vast majority of our staff have responded positively to these measures and have united in demonstrating our commitment to each other and the wider The Agency Group.

The recent outbreak of COVID-19 globally is testing every part of the community and we now living through one of the greatest periods of economic and social upheaval.

By implementing these initiatives, the Company now has the flexibility to follow any new government measures while maintaining everyone’s employment.

We are so proud of the loyal and talented team we have built here at The Agency, our success to date has been achieved by this valuable team our top priority is working to keep the team together, safe and secure.

The Agency has also engaged an independently managed Employee Assistance Program, which all employees can access confidentially at no cost. We will provide all staff with detailed employment related financial information as it comes to hand and access to its financial/ mortgage broker network. The Agency and its key executives are also conducting regular “check-ins” (via phone or video conferencing) with staff working remotely to ensure their health and well-being is being maintained.
