Interview with Paul Niardone, Founder @ The Agency

The Agency has created a platform that is highly responsive to today's ever-changing property landscape. To learn more about The Agency, host Jon Williams spoke with founder and executive director Paul Niardone.
Jon Williams: Paul, The Agency has seen some fantastic growth. Can you tell us why you think that is?
Paul Niardone: Well, yes, thanks Jon. Simply put, it's about focusing on our 420 agents and working as one team. We recognized from the start that as a company, if we treated our agents as our clients, removed obstacles, and provided them with great support, they in turn would develop a laser focus on vendors and buyers. So our job is to give our agents the platform and tools to accelerate their job.
Jon Williams: So as we head towards the end of the year, what does 2023 look like for The Agency?
Paul Niardone: Well Jon, we're excited about 2023 and continuing the growth of our business. As I mentioned, our people are the core of our business and our aim as a company is to continually improve our services and support. In 2023, we'll see some exciting new technology being launched, along with several quality people joining the team. I think that this combination will set us apart in what looks like will be a tight market.
