The Agency eyes growth with GM of Sales Victoria and Tasmania appointment

National listed real estate company The Agency Group Australia (ASX:AU1) has appointed former Macquarie Bank executive Sally O’Connell to the role of General Manager of Sales - Victoria and Tasmania. 

The Agency CEO of Real Estate Matt Lahood said Sally O’Connell was an outstanding professional with an exceptional understanding of real estate, who will lead Victoria and Tasmania into a period of immense growth.   

 

“Sally brings a wealth of real estate and financial services experience and we believe that she is the right person to tackle our ambitious growth targets,” Mr Lahood said. 
 

“As well as powering our growth in these key markets her role will be to focus on coaching, mentoring and training our agents.”  

 

The Agency General Manager of Sales - Victoria and Tasmania, Sally O’Connell, said she relished the opportunity to join The Agency.

A strong background in the real estate profession coupled with banking and financial services, most recently Sally O’Connell was Macquarie Bank's Victorian Segment Head of Real Estate where she worked with over 2000 residential real estate agencies and serviced 400 commercial agencies. Sally also has hands on experience in residential sales with more than five years at Jellis Craig and Marshall White where her focus was on prestigious properties.  

 

Sally will be based in The Agency’s offices in Melbourne and will report to The Agency CEO of Real Estate, Matt Lahood.
