Featured in The Courier Mail and News.com.au, Australian artist Kerrie Hess is selling her family home in Holland Park, Brisbane after giving the character home an extensive renovation.
Brought to market by The Agency's Madi Roche and Cathy Roche, the home at 19 Avesnes Street has been lovingly refreshed in a modern Hamptons style while retaining its original charming features.
The property is scheduled for a November 16 auction. Madi and Cathy Roche sold Ms Hess’s previous home at 70 Barker St, East Brisbane at auction for $2.3 million late last year.
The celebrated fashion illustrator — whose client list includes the likes of Cartier, Louis Vuitton and Tiffany & Co, purchased the home from her parents in 2016.
