Despite a levelling in the market, Sydney property prices rise year on year, making coastal regions such as the Central Coast all the more attractive. Central Coast locals Brian Whiteman and his wife Jennifer moved into real estate just four years ago and have achieved extraordinary success. In four years the Whiteman’s have sold 411 properties, totalling over $313 million in sales.

Brian Whiteman attributes this success in part to teamwork.

Prior to real estate Brian Whiteman ran a successful motorcycle business in Bathurst, Whiteman Motorcycles. The Whiteman’s achieved 600 plus motorcycle sales per year and took Suzuki, Honda and Yamaha motorcycles into the top 10 of the highest volumes sold in Australia for each brand. The key to this success was customer service, selling the features and benefits of each individual motorcycle and having the best knowledge and advice.
