'Yoorana' at 24 Plunkett Road, Mosman has sold through The Agency's Nic Yates and Kingsley Yates for reportedly more than $25 million, just three days after its March 22 auction was pencilled in, achieving a new street record.
Designed by Robert Grubb and MacCormick & Associates and built by masterbuilder F S Hough, the home won the 2015 MBA Excellence in Housing and Pools Awards. It is set on a private 911sqm parcel with wide frontage and direct access to the reserve, with five bedrooms and six bathrooms set over three levels.
The vendors are former AMP director Trevor Matthews and his wife Michele.
