One of the top auction results in Sydney at the weekend was the sale of 6 Poolman Street, Abbottsford in Sydney's Inner West which sold for $900,000 over reserve for $5.4 million through The Agency's Joe Kanaan and Fayez Yammine.
Ten parties registered to bid for the 690 sqm block. The modest three-bedroom house was located a few blocks from the Parramatta river but offered no water views.
The buyer has plans to build luxury duplexes on the site.
