Market your property without all the hassle
Putting your property on the market can be a stressful time: selecting the right agent, agreeing on a potential value, and cramming all those weekend jobs you've been putting off into a few days just to get your house ready for photos.
In terms of preparing your home for sale, one of the most important aspects will be your marketing strategy.
In a world saturated with online images and videos, creating a powerful marketing campaign for your home is crucial. But with tasks like repairs, styling, professional photography and signboards, the cost can sometimes be a challenge.
That's where a company like Realty Assist can step in. To talk us through how they help sellers, host Jon Williams caught up with CEO Sam Rettke to find out more.
Jon Williams: Sam, tell us about Realty Assist and how you help people prepare to sell their home.
Sam Rettke: Traditionally, when people list their property in Western Australia, they'll have a marketing cost that they've got to pay up front that will include signboards, realestate.com, and so forth - to actively market their property. A lot of people don't have those funds up-front. Where Realty Assist assists, is we will cover those costs up until the successful sale and settlement, and take care of that for the consumers.
Jon Williams: Other than the marketing costs, what other things do you help people with?
Sam Rettke: So when people go to list their property for market, the number one objective is to present their property in the best possible light - items like painting, landscaping and so forth. Often people don't have the funds to carry that out up-front. What Realty Assist does is we will advance them that money and basically collect it back at the successful sale and settlement of their property - so that they can have their property perfectly presented when they take it to market.
With household budgets across WA increasingly stretched, what a great way to help reduce the stress of trying to get your home on the market!
