Jon Williams: Shane, tell us why living in Bushmead is so special.
Shane Schofield: So John, I've lived in the area my whole life, actually just a couple of minutes away. I've seen this estate develop from bushland into the housing estate it is now. We're surrounded by two-thirds bushland and only one-third housing. It's got a really good community vibe and feel to the area. Everybody feels safe. There are walking trails, we're close to the airport and the city is only 20 kilometers away.
Jon Williams: Now, this is a gorgeous home. Tell us about it.
Shane Schofield: So John, this home was only just built in 2021. It's never been lived in. It's available for sale right now. Stone benchtops throughout, built-in speakers, two air conditioners, every bedroom is extra-sized. There are extra living spaces, a study, a formal lounge room, the list goes on and on. I could talk to you all day about the features and benefits of this home but it has a lovely family feel to it.
